When the dialog box opens, click on the Security tab.

b) Then click on custom level.

Then a security setting – internet zone dialog box will open,

c) Then enable all the Active X controls and plug-in.

d) After enabling all the Active X controls click on ok .then a dialog box open,

click on yes.
